Michael Ball Concert - Northampton
I went with Mum yesterday (9th April) to see Michael Ball in concert at the Derngate in Northampton. I know that he is not everyone’s cup of tea but we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were rather hoarse by the time the concert finished.
The support act that is accompanying Michael Ball on his tour is Tara Blaise who has recently finished a stint playing Beth in “War of the Worlds” Musical by Jeff Wayne. Apart from feedback from the microphone which frightened not only Tara but everyone in the audience, she was very entertaining. I brought Kman a copy of her CD which was signed and we are listening to it as I type this message.
Michael Ball sang songs from a variety of genres and ones that really allowed him to show his excellent voice off. He is playing in Northampton again tonight, with his tour finishing on Saturday 14th March.
I am sure that everyone of Michael’s fans enjoyed the show as much as I did and I can’t wait until his next tour.

The Michael Ball concert was great apart from some 30 something who, in the middle of a group of oldies, stood up, with her Mum, and was shouting and singing. Yes, ………. you know who you are. But at least you both enjoyed yourselves. And yes the blacked out bus was probably Micheal Ball’s. Now how did I know all those details!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horus1410
