Just in case there isn’t anyone out there who doesn’t already know this. Yes I am am man, and yes I own and operate my own embroidery machine! There I said it now - As I was making a cap the other night, a strange noise began to emanate from said embroidery machine (PR600 for anyone interested). On closer inspection I soon realised that my cap was actually stuck firm within the machines grasp. After eventually cutting the cap free I then flipped down the bobbin housing to reveal the mess you can see in the photograph below. It was quite a shock, and took some time to get sorted.
