It has been a long time since both the K-man and I have entered anything on the blog, it is not because we have not got anything to tell you but just the fact that we haven’t got round to it.
I am going to make a conserted effort to record the mundane things in life so that you can have a chuckle at our expense.

It seemed to get here far too quickly and now Christmas is over and we are waiting for 2008 to begin.
Thank you to Kman and all my family and friends for the wonderful presents I got for Christmas, I was very lucky and shall enjoy all of them. I have tried hard not to each too much but I still feel as if I have piled on the pounds, the Kman and I have already started our regimein our newly converted room.

I have made a brilliant discovery thanks to my friend Heather. I signed up for a Facebook account last week and it has become addictive!!! I have been able to catch up with some old school friends and work colleagues.
This is great fun and I would recommend anyone to sign up even if it’s so you can have a good giggle at your friends photos that they post.

It has been a while since I posted an entry onto the blog so I thought I would spend a couple of minutes this afternoon doing one.
As you can see from previous entries we have had the garage converted into a room, we are thrilled to pieces with it and can’t wait to get in their to decorate it and fill it with gadgets. We have been waiting for the plater to dry, which seems to be taking ages so we purchased a dehumidifier and this is currently sucking all of the moister out of the walls so hopefully we can decorate in the next couple of weeks.
The Kman brought a new exercise bike yesterday which replaces our old one as it developed a fault and the Kman couldn’t use it properly. We brought the bike from a company in Northampton who specialise in gym equipment and to my surprise a friend of mine who I used to work with is still there. It was great to see her and we caught up on gossip of old friends.

Ella has now been missing for 14 days. She appeared in the local free paper under the section “Pet Detective”. I am hoping that we will get some calls but it seems more likely that she is either dead or someone has taken her in and she can’t find her way home.
She is sadly missed especially when the Kman and I come home from work

The Kman and I are off work this week (Yippee) and we are preparing our garage for it’s conversion in September. For the last year our garage has been used as a dumping ground for all our rubbish, so yesterday we had a skip delivered and we managed to fill it to the top with all the stuff from the garage. As you can imagine neither of us are used to such manual labour so buy the time we had finished we both ached from head to foot and were very dirty but it is a job well done and the garage is almost ready to be converted.

Ella is still missing We have had some possible sitings but we think that these may well have been of our next door neighbours cats who are also black and white. We are still hoping that she will return home.
